Whey Protein for Rookies

Athletes no matter what sport have to have protein to help strengthen your muscles and to have them recover and build after workouts or games. This is just one reason I recommend whey protein to anybody I know.

Alongside the aforemetioned point, I still think that as a human being we all need to learn to eat better. The fact of the matter is that all the food we consume is pasteurized, homogenized, processed, contains additives, artificial sweeteners that are all harmful to our bodies. Not only that, but they are filling us up with zero vitamins and minerals in the process.
