The holiday season is now over however some of us are still carrying around the weight of the many meals that are made by friends and family. By this time you should be thinking about how to lose weight fast so you can start looking good in your old clothes again. To begin you will need to have 220g chicken breast chopped into strips, 1 teaspoon of ginger paste, half a tablespoon of chilli paste, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of olive oil. The salad will involve 1 medium mango, three quarters sliced and a quarter blended to a juice for the dressing, 2 cups of rocket, half an onion which will need to be chopped up, one quarter of a large red pepper, a finely sliced half of an avocado, sliced 6-8 basil leaves for flavour. The last part is the salad dressing is a simple mix of a lemon, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, a half tablespoon of olive oil and the last part of the mango which is juiced.

It is an easy recipe to follow. Simply mix the ginger with the soy sauce and chilli paste, only use the chilli paste if you want it to be hot, add the chicken to marinade it, heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken mix, make the salad dressing as already discussed, once the chicken is cooked add the salad with the chicken on top and mix in the salad dressing. Once all this is finished you have a nice low fat chicken salad that will feed two.

With these options there are also weight loss soups which have been scientifically proven to help prevent an early feeling of hunger between meals by keeping you feeling full for longer than a normal meal. This will prevent you from getting hungry between meals and thus help you lose weight. There are many ways to lose weight however successfully doing it while remaining healthy requires careful thought. Be sure to consider the best options available to you before starting any diet.
