Grass Fed Vs. Grain Fed

Grass fed whey is simply whey that is made from cow’s milk that were allowed to graze on natural grass pastures year round.  These cows are never contained to a feed lot and are never fed corn or other grains.  Cows were never meant to eat corn and it is not a good or sustainable food for them to eat.  Grain-fed cows have higher cholesterol (and it is the bad cholesterol), they have higher fat percentage, they are less healthy, are more prone to disease, and contain far fewer healthy omega 3 fatty acids.
